The relationship between our clients and Palm Coast Data’s Account Managers is a very special one. Part concierge, part emissary, the number one priority of each PCD Account Manager is turning client directives into skillful operational action.
  This level of excellence begins with intensive training in all phases of publishing and fulfillment, followed by systematic workshops on new and existing PCD service offerings. The training doesn’t stop in-house. As new clients join the Palm Coast Data roster, Account Managers visit client offices and work intently with them to learn and understand their business goals so they can identify improved processes, procedures and strategies as the marketing partnership matures.
  “This rigorous schedule prepares our Account Managers to be proactive in their approach in reaching client objectives,” says Danielle Clymer, Vice President, Client Services. “Our 70+ member staff is set up in multiple, tightly-knit teams. Everyone is cross-trained, so there is no interrupted service on any account at any time.”
   The PCD Client Services teams provide a single point of contact to expedite virtually any request a client may have. In addition to those customized services and responsibilities, the teams also handle many other day-to-day tasks, including issuing invoice, renewal and production schedules to the operations department; ensuring proper handling of client test instructions, such as checking panel splits and key test codes; monitoring client reports generated by PCD; and much more.
