Clerical:
White Mail Adjuster
Department: White Mail
Hours: Full-Time … Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Essential Functions: To receive written correspondence from subscribers /customers and take necessary actions to resolve problems/concerns. Receives and analyzes batches of subscriber/customer correspondence to determine problems or concerns. Writes and mails buck slips to acquire additional information, as needed. Adjusts master file to resolve specific problems. Send correspondence to clients, when required. Adheres to customer service policies, as specified by clients.
Skills-Knowledge-Abilities:
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of basic numbers/aptitude
Ability to Keying – 90% of time
Detailed orientated
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Data entry experience required; 34 CWPM keying skills; stable work history.
