Locations: 11 Commerce Blvd., Palm Coast AND 31 E. New York Ave., Wachovia Bank bldg., Deland

Hours: Varied: Full-time & Part-time. Shifts available from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight, Monday - Friday; Saturday/Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Available hours may vary by location)

Training: Four weeks of paid training

Primary Duties: Will handle incoming calls from customers and provide consistent high quality customer service assistance. Position requires employees to sit at a desk with a headset to handle incoming phone calls while utilizing a PC to access customer accounts. Employees must adhere to a strict phone schedule to ensure prompt handling of calls.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year previous customer service experience, strong interpersonal and two-way communication skills, ability to work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated with solid organizational, creative problem solving and time management skills and ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment is required. Must be able to handle difficult/irate customer calls. Basic level of PC proficiency and ability to change behaviors based on constructive feedback. Must be able to plan, prioritize and manage personal time and productivity and meet established metrics/goals of quality and production.
