Circulation Reporting Manager

Department: Customer Development

Essential Functions: Manages the PCD client reports package; requests and follows through on enhancements and/or problem resolution. Maintains Reports Manual updates, as appropriate. Updates Client Services Guide. Handles user meetings to determine necessary changes to the standard reports package. Follows through on development of new reports, as needed. Manages Model feed relationships. Manages data downloads. Works with systems staff to develop customized downloading capabilities. Trains and supports Account Management staff and clients on all report issues. Manages Client Accounting personnel and process. Develops and conducts client workshops on reporting and circulation accounting.

Other duties/Responsibilities: Manages a staff of approximately 10-15 employees. Frequent travel is required.

Skills-Knowledge-Abilities: Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills. Strong reasoning ability, with a capability for problem solving without supervision. Possesses strong people skills, uses good judgment and makes use of problem solving and decision making skills. Experience in magazine circulation marketing is highly desirable.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field. At least five years experience in fulfillment or circulation marketing.
