Palm Coast Data selects Alterian technology to power list fulfillment services, expand database offerings

Alterian Marketing Suite to add query and processing speed, boost analytical capabilities and strengthen customer service

CHICAGO – October 17, 2005 – Alterian (LSE: ALN), a global provider of database marketing and customer insight solutions, announced today that Palm Coast Data has signed a multi-year licensing agreement. Palm Coast Data will use the Alterian Marketing Suite to enhance its list rental fulfillment services, and provide additional analytical services. Palm Coast Data is one of the nation’s largest providers of subscription fulfillment services to publishing companies and membership associations, including more than 300 magazine titles and 50 publishers.
  Eying improvements in processing speed and segmentation capabilities, Palm Coast Data will implement the Alterian Marketing Suite within its Direct Mail Services group. The new technology will enable Palm Coast Data to offer real-time data counts, expand its portfolio of analytical tools and provide clients with direct access to their customer data. Palm Coast Data will adopt Alterian’s list and data sales solution to process extremely detailed list orders comprising high-volume data and complex fulfillment commands. The improvements come as Palm Coast Data is experiencing escalating demand for its marketing databases and analytical services.
