Caterson promoted to Manager Circ Accounting & Audit Services
  (Feb 1, 2006) - It is with great pleasure that Palm Coast Data announces the promotion of Scott Caterson to Manager, Circulation Accounting and Audit Services effective immediately.
  Scott’s education, background and PCD experience combine to make him well suited to this new position. Since 1997 Scott has been in charge of Circulation Accounting and developed many new enhancements and improvements in this area.
  His new responsibilities will include the management of the Audit Services Department with focus on systems development to satisfy the increase in new audit rules and regulations, both by ABC and BPA. He will work closely with our clients, Audit Services and related PCD staff as well as the on-site ABC auditors. He will continue to supervise the Circulation Accounting staff.
  Roe Brown will continue in her position of Audit Services Manager and will now report to Scott. Roe’s dedication to the accurate and timely preparation of audit statements is unparalleled. She will continue in this role assisted by Summer Hurley, Assistant Audit Services Manager.
  Together with his circulation accounting staff and Roe’s dedicated audit group, Scott will have the support of a great team!
