Palm Coast Data holds annual Consultant Seminar

Top fulfillment pros dispense insight, advice

Top fulfillment–industry consultants flew south to Daytona Beach in late February to attend Palm Coast Data’s annual Consultant Seminar.
The third annual gathering provided a forum for PCD and the industry consultants to have discussions on the future of the publishing fulfillment industry.
In addition to discussing new revenue possibilities, postage rate increases, and emerging technologies, Palm Coast Data presented their new value-added services, as well as new information and future plans for the company’s existing services to the group.
“We very much appreciated the openness, the honesty, and the great advice we receive at our Consultant Seminars,” John Meneough, PCD President said. “Each year, there’s been something at the seminar that has made an impact on our business.”
Consultants attending the meeting were Nicole Bowman, Dan Capell, Bob Cohn, John Condon, Greg Jones, Carole Mandel, Hal Oringer, Jerry Stelle, Greg Wolfe and Cary Zel.
There are two main purposes of the seminar. One is to provide information to the consultants regarding the latest PCD service and technology offerings; and the other is to find out from the consultants where PCD can best place its resources to capitalize on future industry trends.
Palm Coast Data’s value-added services include PCD inSight, a data visualization tool; PCD inDetail, a fulfillment system for membership and associations; PCD inForm, a historical records reporting tool; and PCD inTouch, a customer-centric customer service tool.
As with past Consultant Seminars, this one provided several excellent suggestions that both Palm Coast Data and the consultants can build on for next year’s event.
