PCD Attends National Postal Forum

   On April 2-5, PCD’s Postal Affairs Manager attended the National Postal Forum in Orlando. The forum’s informational workshops, special sessions, and symposiums, gave PCD an opportunity to be informed and responsive to the financial and technological changes that the postal service has planned.
