


PCD brings innovative solutions into its call center
In partnership with Nortel Networks, a leading producer of telecom equipment in the United States, Palm Coast Data has brought the most innovative solutions into its call center by participating in a beta test of the newest version of Nortel’s telephone and email management software.
In a September 20, 2005 Nortel Networks Press Release, Jim Bradley, PCD’s Manager of Telecommunications and Network Services is quoted as saying, “Our success is predicated on fast, efficient service that provides the best customer experience possible.
