Value-added service will build a valuable database for PCD clients

    PALM COAST, FLORIDA - MAY 16, 2006 - To create the most cost-effective and direct contact to the customer for its publishing and membership clients, Palm Coast Data today introduced an email confirmation system for inbound contact center telephone calls.
    As part of PCD inTouch, the company's customer-centric customer service offering, Palm Coast Data will collect email addresses and offer email confirmation of each customer service call to the customer.
