PCD telecom expert Bradley speaks at Nortel’s Customer
Contact Summit

    MAY 16, 2006 — Jim Bradley, Palm Coast Data's Manager of Telecommunications and Network Services, addressed attendees at Nortel’s Customer Contact Summit in Montreal, Canada last week.
   In intervals between summit sessions, Mr. Bradley also presented via webcast to the Contact Centre and Self-Service Special Interest Group at Nortel Networks’ Executive Briefing Centre in Maidenhead, England.
    Palm Coast Data's Customer Service department utilizes some of the most sophisticated telecommunications and email equipment and software on the planet, and as such, Bradley has become a nationally known expert in the field.

    Bradley's latest address focused on Nortel Network's email management software. PCD has partnered in the development of the software with Nortel and it has helped the company's email customer service department handle an average of 45,000 emails per month, and open new channels of communications with customers — including web chat and click to call.
