of mail provides us the first opportunity to properly serve our clients’
customers. By successfully handling subscriber needs, we in turn satisfy our
clients’ needs.

leading edge Front End processes are getting our clients’ cash deposited
and providing accurate and timely updates to the subscriber file. We are able
to accomplish this through short cycle times in remittance processing and
quality laden data entry and imaging systems.
