Our
Mailing Services organization operates 24x7 with over 180 employees. Our ability
to operate around the clock allows us to meet all of our client requirements.
Each employee has been trained to produce accurate and timely products in
a safe work environment.
All of our mail services are performed on-site and under one roof
to efficiently facilitate the job work-flow from selection to release to the
USPS. We also have a USPS detached mail unit on-site to further expedite mail
into the postal stream.
We offer all the standard mail services one would expect and in
addition we offer the following: laser label printing, inkjet imaging, high
volume mailings, match mailings, tabbing and wafer sealing, poly-bagging,
premium fulfillment and stamp affixing.
We use WIT Postal Logistics to transport our clients’ mail
from Palm Coast Data to the United States Postal Service Bulk Mail Centers
throughout the country. Contracting with WIT Postal Logistics provides our
clients with greater postal savings and improved delivery time.
